Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Straw yellow with golden reflections. Tones of grapefruit, yellow fruit and some alpine herbs. Soft and enveloping on the palate, with structure and flavour in the foreground. Very long finish with mineral notes and yellow fruit.
