Tasting from 19.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Yeasty notes, blossom honey, a buttery undertone, also delicate floral nuances, white blossom, nutty aromas, sesame, poppy, flax, hay. On the palate silky, broad, ripe acidity, quite plump, fruity and round. Tactile minerality on the finish. Nevertheless light-hearted, good gastronomic approach.
