Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright garnet colour. It has a fragrant nose with notes of preserved cherry, some raspberry and thyme in the background. Initially juicy on the palate, with cherry compote aromas, but the rather strident acidity is obtrusive.
