Tasting from 01.09.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Candied peach, aniseed, tangerine, Turkish honey, a restrained use of oak, it is a very ripe (but clean) vintage. On the palate power and texture, great volume with a firm acid backbone and a striking mineral base. It has great length, but it needs food.
