Tasting from 30.05.2019: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

A discreet bouquet with notes of cherry, citrus and a slightly salty-iodic impression. On the palate there's a supple attack, full-bodied yet elegant in its own way. Noticeable tannin, but seems fresh in the long finish.
