Tasting from 01.01.2021: Peter Moser, Othmar Kiem

Deep crimson, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Fine, delicately leafy savouriness, tobacco, black berry fruit, blackberry, preserved cherry, candied orange zest, subtle cardamom, sweet oak savouriness. Juicy, red cherry, fine, silky tannins, fresh structure, salty-mineral finish, lemon touch, appears light-footed and lively, fresh, red berry style, versatile and already gluggable. (Drink - until 2035) Peter Moser, July 2021.
