Tasting from 04.11.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, deep dark ruby. Shows quite closed on the nose, clear notes of glue, plus pickled black nuts and fennel seeds. On the palate, a lot of drying, brittle tannin, in the finish clear oak notes.
