Tasting from 19.03.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, bright ruby with purple hints. Fine interplay of savoury notes and fruit, some undergrowth, then plenty of blackberry. Grippy tannin, shows good tension, and on the finish it is grippy with good energy, overall a bit savoury.
