Tasting Notes
The purest scent of tiny, black, wild cherries hits the pleasure centres of the brain immediately. The heady aromatics are vivid and seductive. The palate reveals gently brushing tannins with the texture of a cat’s paw that frame that wonderfully pure, intense and fresh fruit. There is a lovely density but also a certain lightness, a perfumed, floral overtone. There is nothing forced about this and the aromas, the freshness are hauntingly beautiful, the finish is lasting and profound.
