Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Very bright pale yellow with silver. Medium-bodied nose, suggestions of Williams pear and peach. The palate is marked by beautiful creaminess, tenses up pleasantly, clear fruit with delicate texture, direct, slightly salty finish.
