Tasting from 14.02.2019

Mountain bay leaf, small red berries and a touch of forest honey. A very fine, almost creamy mousse characterises the attack whilst ripe acidity and a hint of sweetness carry the body. Peppery-mineral notes emerge on the finish. An extremely finely matured terroir-driven type.
