Tasting from 19.03.2021: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sauttter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

A wildly savoury nose: juniper, Garrigue, rosemary needles, plus blackberry, sloe and fig fruit. Velvety tannins, mild acidity, plays with softness and substance. Very good length.
