Tasting Notes
Smoke, ozone and damson unite into a nose that suggests both ripeness and drive. The palate then presents an unusual marriage of ripe, almost lush fruit, juicy plum in this instance, and a firm, profound structure, linear but seemingly softened by ripeness. These counterpoles need time to converge but give us a beautiful snapshot of those deep gravels: ripeness and structure. Drink by 2045.
