Tasting from 26.11.2019: Anne Krebiehl MW und Ulrich Sautter

Green as well as ripe yellow apple resound on the nose, while meadow herbs also stand out. The palate is slender and straightforward, with stony depth and pleasant concentration, which is further emphasized by the fine mousse. Very elegant.
