Tasting from 09.02.2018: Peter Moser

Medium amber, with golden reflections. An attractive bouquet, fresh apricot confit, hints of pineapple and strawberry, with some blossom honey, and ripe fruit nuances. Dust-dry on the palate, a delicate pleasant astringency, with yellow fruit nuances of stone fruit in the background. It lingers long, is in a classic qvevri style, and is a multi-faceted food wine.
