Tasting from 29.08.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby, medium density. Opens with notes of raspberry and strawberry, as well as fine savoury notes, and some bay leaf. The palate is full of tannin, wrapped in a sweet texture. The components still need to bind together, however, it is the best of beginnings.
