Tasting from 27.05.2022: Dominik Vombach & Benjamin Herzog

Beautifully concentrated nose with notes of preserved sour cherry, dried plum and wild berries. There are also smoky, spicy hints, orange zest and a savoury spiciness. Juicy acidity on the palate, beautiful cherry and berry fruit as well as plum. Ripe, slightly noticeable tannins, long, textured finish with a subtle roasted aroma.
