Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate herbal spice, fine yellow tropical fruit with notes of guava in particular, candied grapefruit zest, fine blossom honey. Full-bodied, white fruit, some peach, pleasantly fresh acidity, subtle honey on the finish, ripe gooseberries, medium length.
