Tasting from 31.05.2022: Dominik Vomach, Benjamin Herzog

Still very young, with a restrained nose that shows notes of plum, raspberry and tobacco. There's a pleasant woody spice in the background also. Slender on the palate, with beautiful acidity and very fine, restrained tannins. It finishes long, but still appears very young in this aspect too.
