A touch of caramel and vanilla swing in the smoky nose. Underneath that is ripe, red cherry that carries right onto the juicy, smooth palate. This manages to retain its lovely, pure, ripe fruit on a light-bodied palate while imbuing it with richer notions of spicy oak. The finish is resonant and dry.
