Tasting from 19.11.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser, Othmar Kiem und Ulrich Sautter

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, brightening on the rim. Fresh black forest berryish confit, dark cherries, fresh orange zest, fine slate savouriness, very purist, young bouquet. Complex, juicy, fully ripe cherries, fine, supporting tannins, delicate nougat, mineral and persistent. Has elegance and length, a wine in a class of its own.
