Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Still yeasty on the nose, showing a subtle, clear Traminer fruit with a hint of lychee and rose after intensive aeration. Opulent on the palate, slightly viscous, round and texture with a fine acidity, currently still completely introverted and only hinting at its aromatic certain ageing potential. Delicate phenolics. The wine is so full-bodied and rich in layers that there is no doubt that in two or three years at the latest, an extremely complex spiciness will emerge.
