Tasting Notes
Rich gold. Smells like sour citrus stalks, lemon peel. Very citrusy. Herbal and spicy, also caramel. Creamy in the mouth, very oily, viscous with dry tannins, well-integrated acidity. A mineral background is recognisable, the botrytis component is powerful, but does not prevent the fresh citrus fruit, which also flashes up again on the finish.
