Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Clear aromas on the nose, pear, yellow apple, apricot and some lemongrass with hints of bay leaf. Smooth with texture and clear fruit on the palate, powerful but with a defined outline. Vinified dry, a gastronomically versatile Pinot Gris.
