Tasting from 11.02.2011

Medium yellow green colour. Ripe yellow vineyard peach, a wonderful hint of blossom honey, notes of pineapple and passion fruit, very enchanting fruit nuances. Complex, sweet white fruits, notes of fully ripe pears, salty mineral undertones, very youthful, still a touch too baroque on the finish, but precise enough to show the great class inherent in this wine. Great minerality, great ageing potential.
