Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright, sparkling ruby red. On the nose, plums and cherry cordial, a hint of Rumtopf, sugared violets and cinnamon. Polished on the palate, with a sweet fruit core and good structure, mouth-filling, flattering but not banal with a long, driven finish.
