Tasting from 19.11.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser, Othmar Kiem und Ulrich Sautter

A fine, inviting bouquet with notes of white flowers, caramel, citrus sponge cake, ripe tropical fruit and herbal-spicy hints. Juicy on the palate, with a pithy acidity, mineral notes and a long finish. Beautiful length and acidity.
