On the nose old oak, lemon balm, dried rosemary, and pink grapefruit. The palate is marked by taut acidity and intense minerality, salty, tactile, yet not without soft and late harvest typical creamy notes, a trenchant finish with juice and nerve, and a spiciness only beginning to appear.
