Tasting from 27.04.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Fine smoke with melon and pear, herbal notes, some chestnut puree, flax, roasted aromas. On the palate it shows with good extract, with energy and density, the acidity carries well and far, multi-layered and nuanced, tightly woven, clear minerality, phenolic underpinnings. Muscular, yet full of finesse, long, young and with secure development and certain ageing potential.
