Tasting from 03.09.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Balsamic, herbal savouriness, some yeast, not yet very open on the nose. Rich and round on the palate, with delicate phenolics and an acidity that remains discreet but still balances the body, the potential for spicy development is glimpsed on the finish. It seems refined and very cultivated.
