Tasting from 17.02.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Coriander seed, red apple, balsamic notes. A hint of wood influence. Supple on the palate, with a layer of mealy, slightly dry phenolics, ripe but supporting acidity and a volume without heaviness. Almost Burgundian in its round yet firm impression. Good tactile presence of minerality.
