Tasting from 17.10.2019: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

It is golden yellow in the glass. On the nose aromas of ripe apple, quince, apricot, honey and caramel. Full-bodied on the palate with intense honey flavour and vivid but well-integrated sweetness. Citrus and apple flavours on the finish. Good length.
