It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There are nuances of dark wild berry, with a hint of cassis, a pleasant touch of fine oak, as well as candied mandarin zest in the background. On the palate it has a medium body, with a red berry touch, firm well-supporting tannins, ripe plum on the back palate, and some nougat on the finish.
