Tasting from 28.08.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Ruby red with a dark core. Ripe fruit on the nose, black cherry, dried plum, with subtle notes of spices and dried herbs. Fine mocha tannins on the palate, dark chocolate, enveloped in red berryish fruit. Long, animating finish.
