Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffeler

Bright, intense golden yellow shimmers. A defined and precise nose with notes of ripe peach, honeydew melon and hints of hazelnuts. On the palate round and smooth with ample ripe yellow fruit, good tension. Well-composed with subtle flint notes on the finish.
