Agile Strukturen, flache Hierarchien und ein offener Austausch pr\u00e4gen die moderne Arbeitswelt und fordern von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften ein hohes Ma\u00df an Empathie, Flexibilit\u00e4t und Kommunikationsst\u00e4rke.
