Grundgedanke: Gleichgesinnte G\u00e4ste, die allesamt Freude an Kulinarik und Weinen haben, f\u00fcr einige Tage ins <a href=\"https:\/\/hotel-castel.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00bbCastel\u00ab<\/a> nach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/young-chefs-unplugged-2022-brachte-die-nachwuchskraefte-der-kochbranche-zusammen\/\">S\u00fcdtirol<\/a> zu holen. Tohru Nakamura (<a href=\"https:\/\/schreiberei-muc.de\/tohru\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00bbTohru\u00ab<\/a> und \u00bbDie Schreiberei\u00ab), dessen K\u00fcche von seinen\u00a0halb japanisch, halb deutschen Wurzeln gepr\u00e4gt ist, reiste mit seinem Team aus M\u00fcnchen an und<strong> er\u00f6ffnete das Festival mit einem eurasischen Sieben-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fc<\/strong>.\u00a0Am zweiten Festivaltag sorgte Zwei-Sternekoch Andreas Senn\u00a0mit K\u00fcchenchef Christian Geisler\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/andreas-senns-audio-dinner-verspricht-eine-neue-dimension-des-genusses\/\">\u00bbSenns.Restaurant\u00ab<\/a>\u00a0Salzburg) f\u00fcr einen Kontrast zum Men\u00fc von Nakamura. <strong>Aus laut und facettenreich wurde leise und harmonisch.<\/strong>\u00a0Der finale Gala-Abend war auch in diesem Jahr das Heimspiel von Gerhard Wieser, der seine alpin-mediterrane K\u00fcche pr\u00e4sentierte.
