Der Leiter und Chefkoch des Restaurants <strong>lernte bei beru\u0308hmten Ko\u0308chen in aller Welt, unter anderem bei Ferran Adria\u0300 im \u00bbEl Bulli\u00ab, im \u00bbArzak\u00ab und im \u00bbMugaritz\u00ab<\/strong>.
