In Vortr\u00e4gen und mit Workshops wurde Wissen an die 90 <strong>Teilnehmer:innen von 35 Hotels aus ganz Deutschland<\/strong> vermittelt und Erfahrungen untereinander ausgetauscht. Impulsgeber:innen waren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eva Brandt, Expertin f\u00fcr Menschenkenntnis und Potenzialanalysen<\/li>\n<li>Frank Simmeth, zertifizierter INLP-Trainer und ECA-Lehrcoach<\/li>\n<li>Bettina von Massenbach, Hotel- und Gastronomieberaterin<\/li>\n<li>Alexander Scharf, F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte-Coach<\/li>\n<li>Rainer Schwarz, Kommunikationsexperte und Unternehmensseelsorger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bew\u00e4hrtes Format<\/h2>\n<p>Das Innovation Camp findet j\u00e4hrlich statt, es nahmen aber diesmal so viele Interessierte wie noch nie teil. Das Camp richtet sich an Auszubildende im zweiten oder dritten Lehrjahr, an Duale Studierende sowie an Mitarbeitende des mittleren Managements. <strong>\u00bbDas Format Innovation Camp hat sich bew\u00e4hrt und wird sehr gut angenommen\u00ab<\/strong>, sagt Mittendorfer. \u00bbDieses Format bietet Inhalte in einer Tiefe und thematischen Breite, die es sonst in der Form noch nicht gibt.\u00ab Davon profitierten letztlich nicht nur die Teilnehmer:innen aus allen Bereichen der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/berghotellerie-der-naechsten-generation-was-das-revier-mountain-lodge-montafon-anders-macht\/\">Hotellerie<\/a> \u2013 vom Empfang, Service und K\u00fcche bis hin zum Personal- und Veranstaltungsbereich \u2013, sondern auch die Hotels sowie die gesamte Branche.\u00a0Das Innovation Camp f\u00fcr Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte soll auch zuk\u00fcnftig angeboten werden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Das Thema des dritten\u00a0Innovation Camps der Initiative Fair Job Hotels war f\u00fcr die Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte von gro\u00dfem Interesse und sorgte f\u00fcr einen Teilnehmerrekord.
