Seit Anfang Mai hat die Premium-Pastalinie Al Bronzo von Barilla einen festen Platz auf der Men\u00fckarte des Restaurants \u00bbHerzig\u00ab<\/a>.<\/strong> Im Rahmen eines Bistro Pop-Ups sollen \u00fcberraschende Genussmomente mit der Pasta geschaffen werden, das Restaurant wird das erste zertifizierte Al Bronzo Partner-Restaurant in \u00d6sterreich sein. Damit m\u00f6chte Barilla den Grundstein f\u00fcr internationale Restaurantkooperationen legen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Von Rom in den Rest der Welt<\/h2>\n

Als Pionier-Start hat Barilla bereits drei Restaurants in Rom zu Al Bronzo-Botschaftern auserkoren. Bei \u00bbAssuntina a Testaccio\u00ab<\/a>, \u00bbRipa 12\u00ab<\/a> und \u00bbOsteria Circo\u00ab<\/a> kann die Pasta auch im Herkunftsland der Parma-Gruppe verkostet werden. Und obwohl alle Wege bekanntlich nach Rom f\u00fchren, ist es mit der ikonischen Pasta genau umgekehrt \u2013 von Rom aus f\u00fchren die Wege Al Bronzo nun nach Wien und in die Welt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jahrelange Zusammenarbeit<\/h2>\n

S\u00f6ren Herzig und Barilla verbindet bereits eine langj\u00e4hrige Geschichte.<\/strong> Herzig trat 2018 mit Barilla in Mailand bei der Pasta World Championship f\u00fcr \u00d6sterreich an. \u00bbIch freue mich nicht nur \u00fcber die langj\u00e4hrige Partnerschaft mit Barilla, sondern nun auch vielmehr dar\u00fcber, dass wir mit unserem Restaurant den Start f\u00fcr eine tolle Kooperation machen\u00ab, sagt Herzig.<\/p>\n

Die G\u00e4ste im \u00bbHerzig\u00ab<\/a> d\u00fcrfen ab sofort die Pasta-Gerichte genie\u00dfen. Saisonale K\u00f6stlichkeiten wie Fusilloni mit Estragon, Erbse und Spargel, exotische Gerichte wie Linguine mit Sake Beurre Blanc und Kaviar sowie pikante Gerichte wie Rigatoni mit Tomate und Merguez<\/strong> kommen auf den Teller. Als s\u00fc\u00dfer Abschluss serviert der Koch eine Neuinterpretation eines \u00f6sterreichischen Klassikers: Penne mit Mohn und Vanille werden zu Mohnnudeln im Herzig-Style.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
