Apropos JRE: \u00a0<strong>\u00bbNever ending passion\u00ab ist der Leitspruch der 1974 gegr\u00fcndeten Vereinigung<\/strong> f\u00fcr einige der besten jungen Spitzenk\u00f6ch:innen und Restaurantbesitzer:innen Europas, der rund 350 Gastronom:innen aus 15 L\u00e4ndern angeh\u00f6ren. In \u00d6sterreich gibt es derzeit 37 Mitglieder.<\/p>\n<h2>Vielf\u00e4ltiger Besuch am Weingut<\/h2>\n<p>So fanden sich im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bruendlmayer.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Weingut Br\u00fcndlmayer<\/a> <strong>mehr als 150 Teilnehmer:innen aus allen Bundesl\u00e4ndern<\/strong> ein. Die JRE-K\u00f6ch:innen sorgten dabei h\u00f6chstpers\u00f6nlich f\u00fcr die Verpflegung,\u00a0Brenner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reisetbauer.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hans Reisetbauer<\/a> erwies sich einmal mehr als heimlicher Grill-Meister. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lohberger.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lohberger<\/a> war mit seinem Mobile-Home pr\u00e4sent, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biggreenegg.eu\/at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big Green Egg<\/a> mit Grillsystemen.\u00a0Ferner wurden<strong> in Workshops Fachthemen diskutiert<\/strong>, von Profiwissen rund um K\u00e4se \u00fcber Schaumwein-Produktion bis hin zur zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Gastgeberkultur. Der Marktplatz im Presshaus gab mit seinen Partnerunternehmen Gelegenheit f\u00fcr Austausch und Verkostungen.
