Aber auch: Was braucht zukunftsf\u00e4hige <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/frauenpower-happy-or-not\/\">F\u00fchrungskultur<\/a>? Und wie findet und bindet man das richtige Team f\u00fcr sein Unternehmen? Drei Impulsvortr\u00e4ge externer Referent:innen dienten als Denkansto\u00df und Ideengeber:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yannick Bl\u00e4ttler von der schweizerischen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neoviso.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NeoViso AG<\/a> gab Tipps f\u00fcr den Umgang mit der Generation Z. Seine Empfehlung: mutiger, lauter und unbequemer werden. Nur so erreichen Unternehmen die junge Generation.<\/li>\n<li>Auch Karin Niederer von der Tourismusberatung <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kohl-partner.at\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kohl &gt; Partner<\/a> ging auf die Anforderungen der neuen Generation ein und stellte die Kommunikationselemente entlang der Employee Journey vor, die bei der Mitarbeiterbindung unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li>Aber nicht nur der Blick nach au\u00dfen war Thema des Treffens. Naturpsychologe <a href=\"http:\/\/naturpsychologie.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reto Frank<\/a> lenkte beim Naturbaden den Fokus auf Selbstreflexion. Er sensibilisierte die Gruppe daf\u00fcr, <strong>wie wertvoll Langsamkeit, Achtsamkeit und Atmung sind<\/strong> und gab Tipps f\u00fcr die Umsetzung dieser Erkenntnisse im Alltag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes \u00bbbewegt\u00ab hat die Branchenvertreter:innen die Systemaufstellung von Organisatorin Dagmar Rizzato mit dem Thema <strong>\u00bbDas Wirksame hinter dem Sichtbaren erkennen\u00ab<\/strong>.
