Das Duo ist seit vielen Jahren gemeinsam in der Restaurantszene Chicagos aktiv und kann einige gemeinsame kulinarische Station verzeichnen, darunter das Restaurant \u00bbAvenues\u00ab im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.peninsula.com\/en\/paris\/5-star-luxury-hotel-16th-arrondissement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Peninsula Hotel<\/a> und das Restaurant \u00bbGrace\u00ab, die unter anderem durch ihr Zutun vielfach ausgezeichnet wurden.<\/p>\n<h2>Streben nach Perfektion<\/h2>\n<p>Heute feilen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/neuer-kuechenchef-bringt-italien-mit-internationalem-twist-ins-courtyard-by-marriott-vienna-prater\/\">K\u00fcchenchef<\/a> Duffy, Betriebsleiter Muser und ihr Team an jedem Detail, ob Essen, Wein, Service oder Ambiente: \u00bbWer \u203aEver\u2039 betritt, ist auf der <strong>Suche nach einer absolut einzigartigen Erfahrung<\/strong>. Wir werden als Ziel immer das ultimative <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/genusserlebnis-im-gruenen-sommelier-picknick-mit-asi-weltmeistern-nicht-verpassen\/\">Erlebnis<\/a> anvisieren, ganz egal, wie viele Stunden am Tag wir daf\u00fcr brauchen, ganz egal, welche Opfer wir bringen m\u00fcssen.\u00ab F\u00fcr den renommierten Koch ist sein Restaurant zur kreativen Obsession geworden.<\/p>\n<h2>Degustationsmen\u00fcs<\/h2>\n<p>Im Mittelpunkt der regelm\u00e4\u00dfig wechselnden Degustationsmen\u00fcs stehen Proteinquellen aus dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/harald-irka-holt-mit-ostrea-das-meer-in-den-pfarrhof\/\">Meer<\/a> und vom Land sowie saisonales Gem\u00fcse, erg\u00e4nzt durch Fr\u00fcchte, Getreide, Samen und N\u00fcsse. Kr\u00e4uternoten f\u00fcgen sich in die Kompositionen ein. Die Pr\u00e4sentation hat nicht nur ihren <strong>visuellen Reiz<\/strong>, vielmehr f\u00fcgt jedes Element eine neue geschmackliche Ebene hinzu. Die Gerichte sind pr\u00e4zise und gef\u00fchlvoll angerichtet und stellen unter Beweis, mit welcher Hingabe Curtis Duffy kulinarische Grenzen verschiebt.
