Kein Wunder, immerhin handelt es sich doch um das mit Abstand <strong>gr\u00f6\u00dfte Unterwasserrestaurant der Welt<\/strong>, das auf einer Fl\u00e4che von <strong>500 Quadratmetern bis zu 100 G\u00e4sten<\/strong> Platz bietet. Nur ein halbes Jahr nach der Er\u00f6ffnung hatte das Lokal seinen ersten <strong>Michelin-Stern<\/strong> erhalten und seitdem jedes Jahr verteidigt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den kulinarischen H\u00f6henflug verantwortlich sind der <strong>d\u00e4nische Spitzenkoch Nicolai Ellitsgaard Petersen<\/strong> und sein Team. Doch wie Petersen jetzt in einem Instagram-Post mitteilt, m\u00fcssen er und seine komplette Mannschaft \u2013 insgesamt 24 Mitarbeiter:innen \u2013 das \u00bbUnder\u00ab mit Ende des Jahres verlassen. <strong>Inhaber Stig Ubostad<\/strong> m\u00f6chte offenbar das Konzept des Restaurants \u00e4ndern, so der Sternekoch. Norwegische Medien schreiben zudem, dass die norwegische Arbeitssicherheits- und Gesundheitsbeh\u00f6rde Arbeidstilsynet in der Vergangenheit wiederholt <strong>Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen das Arbeitsumweltgesetz<\/strong> bem\u00e4ngelt habe.
