Seit der Er\u00f6ffnung des \u00bb<strong>T\u00fcr<\/strong> 7\u00ab in der Josefstadt sorgt er daf\u00fcr, dass die G\u00e4ste mit <strong>k\u00f6stlichen Cocktails<\/strong> versorgt werden. Eine der Besonderheiten der Bar ist, dass sie ohne Karte arbeitet. \u00bbWir machen nat\u00fcrlich all die klassischen Drinks, ansonsten kreieren wir <strong>auf den Gast zugeschnittene Drinks<\/strong>. Das hei\u00dft, der Gast ist sozusagen unsere Cocktail-Karte. Zuerst werden die Spirituosen ausgemacht und dann die Stilrichtung bestimmt \u2013 entweder man sagt frisch, fruchtig, herb, bitter, oder man nennt ein paar klassische Drinks, die man normalerweise gerne trinkt, dann kennen wir uns aus und dann geben wir noch unseren Twist dazu, damit es ein bisschen spannender schmeckt.
