Dann folgt die sogenannte <strong>Au\u00dfer\u00ad-Haus\u00ad-Ver\u00adpflegung<\/strong> \u2013 also zum Beispiel Restaurants, Caterer und Kantinen. Hier entstehen 17 Prozent der Lebensmittel\u00ad-Abf\u00e4lle. Insgesamt landen in diesem Sektor fast zwei Millionen Tonnen Essen j\u00e4hrlich im M\u00fcll.
