Die \u00bbFalstaff Young Talents Cup\u00ab-Gewinner:innen <strong>Miriam Hahn und Filip Nui\u0107<\/strong> zeigten, warum sie zu den heimischen Nachwuchshoffnungen der Branche geh\u00f6ren. Hahn \u2013 die bereits das duale Fernstudium Hotelmanagement an der IU abgeschlossen hat \u2013 begeisterte die Anwesenden mit \u00bb<strong>La Belle Herbac\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00ab, dem Cocktail, der ihr zum Sieg in der Kategorie \u00bbBar\u00ab beim \u00bb<strong>Falstaff Young Talents Cup 2022<\/strong>\u00ab verholfen hatte. Aktuell ist sie in der \u00bbBrauereigastst\u00e4tte Riedbach\u00ab im baden-w\u00fcrttembergischen Schrozberg besch\u00e4ftigt und wird bald aber auf ein Kreuzfahrtschiff wechseln.<\/p>\n<p>Nui\u0107, der in der <strong>Kategorie \u00bbGem\u00fcsek\u00fcche\u00ab<\/strong> beim \u00bbFalstaff Young Talents Cup 2022\u00ab re\u00fcssiert hatte, besucht die f\u00fcnfte Klasse (Maturaklasse) der Tourismusschule HLF Krems. <strong>Falstaff-PROFI-Chefredakteurin Alexandra Gorsche<\/strong> verriet er, dass er gerne <strong>Tourismus studieren<\/strong> und danach in seiner Heimat ein <strong>Restaurant er\u00f6ffnen<\/strong> m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<p>Im Publikum wurden <strong>\u00bbFalstaff Young Talent\u00ab Tolga Kaynak<\/strong> und <strong>\u00bbFalstaff Young
