Haberle ist bereits seit Februar diesen Jahres Teil des \u00bbTantris\u00ab-Teams und wurde jetzt mit der <strong>Leitung des Sterne-Restaurants<\/strong> \u00bbTantris DNA\u00ab betraut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00bb<span data-ogsc=\"rgb(33, 33, 33)\">Das Restaurant \u203aTantris DNA\u2039 ist f\u00fcr mich ein besonderer Ort, wie der Name schon sagt, spiegelt es die DNA des Hauses, die Historie und <strong>urspr\u00fcngliche franz\u00f6sische Kochkunst<\/strong> wider\u00ab, kommentiert er seinen j\u00fcngsten Karriereschritt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(33, 33, 33)\"> J\u00fcrgen Haberle kann eine <strong>mehrj\u00e4hrige Expertise in der Sternegastronomie<\/strong> aufweisen, wo er sowohl im <strong>Service<\/strong> als auch im <strong>Management<\/strong> t\u00e4tig war.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(33, 33, 33)\">Als General Manager und Executive Assistent in Charge of F&amp;B im \u00bbIzakaya\u00ab des \u00bbRoomers Hotel\u00ab in M\u00fcnchen.
