Das Lokal wird in Zukunft deshalb auch unter dem Namen \u00bb<strong>Karo&amp;Paul by Frank Rosin<\/strong>\u00ab firmieren.<\/p>\n<p>Rosin ist bereits seit 2023 als gastronomischer Berater in die Planungsprozesse des \u00bbKaro&amp;Paul\u00ab involviert. Er werde regelm\u00e4\u00dfig <strong>selbst vor Ort sein<\/strong> und auf Anfrage auch <strong>f\u00fcr exklusive Events buchbar<\/strong> sein, teilt RIMC mit<\/p>\n<h2>Drei Ebenen<\/h2>\n<p>Das \u00bb<strong>Reverb by Hard Rock Hotel<\/strong>\u00ab und seine verschiedenen Gastro-Outlets sind auf dem <strong>Hamburger Hochbunker<\/strong> beheimatet. Die Er\u00f6ffnung ist f\u00fcr <strong>April 2024<\/strong> geplant. Das \u00bbKaro&amp;Paul\u00ab erstreckt sich \u00fcber <strong>drei Ebenen<\/strong>: Auf <strong>Ebene 00<\/strong> (<strong>Drink &amp; Dance<\/strong>) befindet sich eine <strong>klassische Bar<\/strong> mit 125 Pl\u00e4tzen, Bartresen, Dancefloor und einer gro\u00dfen Auswahl an klassischen und modernen Getr\u00e4nkevariationen. T\u00e4glich wechselnde <strong>Livemusik<\/strong> und Acts aus der Region runden das Erlebnis ab.<\/p>\n<p>Auf <strong>Ebene 01<\/strong> (<strong>Drink &amp; Snack<\/strong>) ist der <strong>Restaurantbereich<\/strong> des \u00bbKaro&amp;Paul by Frank Rosin\u00ab angesiedelt. An den <strong>26 Tischen<\/strong> haben bis zu <strong>77 G\u00e4ste<\/strong> Platz. Sieben Tage in der Woche gibt es hier eine <strong>Auswahl kleiner Speisen aus der internationalen Fusionsk\u00fcche<\/strong> \u2013 inspiriert von Frank Rosin. Auf <strong>Ebene 02<\/strong> (Drink &amp; Socialize) befindet sich der <strong>exklusive Private-Dining-Bereic<\/strong>h mit Platz f\u00fcr bis zu <strong>50 Personen<\/strong> \u2013 entweder indoor oder auf einer Terrasse mit Blick \u00fcber Hamburg.<\/p>\n<h2>Begeisterter Rosin<\/h2>\n<p>Der aus diversen TV-Formaten bekannte Koch zeigt sich begeistert, das Bunker-Projekt gastronomisch begleiten zu d\u00fcrfen: \u00bbIch habe dieses <strong>spektakul\u00e4re Projekt<\/strong> von Beginn an aufmerksam verfolgt und bin sehr stolz, jetzt ein Teil davon zu sein. Dass es mich damit nun auch h\u00e4ufiger nach Hamburg verschl\u00e4gt, ist ein <strong>wunderbarer Nebeneffekt<\/strong>: Wie die meisten Nordrhein-Westfalen bin ich schon immer ein <strong>gro\u00dfer Fan der Hansestadt<\/strong>.
