F\u00fcr die F\u00fchrungsposition kann Gr\u00fcnder <strong>Johannes Kattus<\/strong> mit <strong>Hans-Peter Ertl<\/strong> einen Gastronomen, Sommelier und Manager mit langj\u00e4hriger Erfahrung gewinnen. Er erg\u00e4nzt das \u00bbAm Hof 8\u00ab-Managementteam mit <strong>Elena Hofmann<\/strong> (Head of Events &amp; Operations) und <strong>Michael Piroska<\/strong> (Chef de Cuisine). In seiner neuen Position verantwortet Ertl die <strong>gesamte Kulinarik und Hospitality<\/strong> des Clubs.<\/p>\n<h2>Internationale Inspiration<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bbAm Hof 8\u00ab\u00a0wurde im Herbst 2022 als Private Members Club, <strong>inspiriert von internationalen Vorbildern<\/strong> von Johannes Kattus im <strong>Gr\u00fcndungshaus der Wiener Schaumwein-Manufaktur \u00bbKattus\u00ab<\/strong> etabliert. Der Club bietet seinen G\u00e4sten und deren Mitgliedern zwei Restaurants, drei Bars, zahlreiche Conference- und Meeting-R\u00e4umlichkeiten, Lounges, einen Co-Working-Raum sowie ein Fitnesscenter, zwei Hotelzimmer und einen Nachtclub.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bbIch freue mich sehr, dass unsere langj\u00e4hrige <strong>Freundschaft jetzt um die berufliche Komponente bereichert<\/strong> wird. Das Engagement von Hans-Peter Ertl ist ein <strong>Meilenstein<\/strong> in der noch jungen Geschichte des Private Members Club. Seine \u00f6sterreichischen Wurzeln, gepaart mit seiner internationalen Erfahrung und vielfach ausgezeichnete Finesse versprechen ein <strong>neues kulinarisches Erlebnis<\/strong> f\u00fcr unsere Mitglieder und deren G\u00e4ste\u00ab, ist <strong>\u00bbAm Hof 8\u00ab-Gr\u00fcnder Johannes Kattus<\/strong> \u00fcberzeugt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb<strong>Kompromisslose Qualit\u00e4t<\/strong> und <strong>charmante Individualit\u00e4t<\/strong> sind die kulinarischen Anspr\u00fcche im Private Members Club, der seinen Mitgliedern ein zweites Zuhause ist und eine in Wien einzigartige Atmosph\u00e4re bietet. Gemeinsam mit dem herausragenden und engagierten Team werde ich die Kulinarik im Spannungsfeld <strong>zwischen Internationalit\u00e4t und Regionalit\u00e4t<\/strong> weiterentwickeln. Mein besonderes Augenmerk gilt, der Tradition des Hauses entsprechend, der Weinkarte\u00ab, so <strong>Ertl<\/strong> zu seiner zuk\u00fcnftigen Aufgabe.<\/p>\n<h2>Beeindruckende Karriere<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Hans-Peter Ertl<\/strong>, geboren in der Steiermark, absolvierte die \u00bbTourismusfachschule Bad Gleichenberg\u00ab und verschiedene Ausbildungen, darunter eine Ausbildung zum Hotel- und Gastgewerbeassistenten mit Spezialisierung auf die K\u00fcche im \u00bbSporthotel Teichwirt\u00ab auf der steirischen Teichalm. Er sammelte <strong>Erfahrung in verschiedenen gastronomischen Betrieben<\/strong>, bevor er als Food &amp; Beverage Director im \u00bbWine and Spa Resort Loisium S\u00fcdsteiermark\u00ab t\u00e4tig war.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ertl arbeitete auch als Restaurantleiter und Head Sommelier im mit drei Michelin-Sternen ausgezeichneten \u00bbRelais &amp; Ch\u00e2teaux Restaurant Amador\u00ab. Zudem war er im Zwei-Sterne-Restaurant \u00bbRelais &amp; Ch\u00e2teaux Heinz Winkler\u00ab im bayerischen Aschau im Chiemgau als Restaurantleiter t\u00e4tig.
